It Started With One Practice, and One Question
There has to be a better way to do this.
That was the thought that ultimately became Eletero.
When Dr. Thomas Szalay introduced peptide therapy into his own chiropractic practice, he quickly saw the opportunity it could create for both his patients and his business.
He also saw the problem.
Adding peptide therapy was not simply a matter of deciding what to offer. There were patient questions to answer, consultations to manage, education to provide, recommendations to document, follow-up to complete, subscriptions to track, team members to train, workflows to create, and systems that were not designed to work together.
The clinical opportunity was exciting. The process surrounding it was far more complicated than it needed to be.
Tom knew there had to be a better way. So he called Tami Jaffe.
Two Different Backgrounds. One Big Idea.
Tom understood what needed to happen inside the practice. Tami knew how to build the systems to make it happen.
Together, they began creating what would become Eletero Practice Solutions, a comprehensive system designed around the real world experience of implementing and growing a peptide program inside a healthcare practice.
Not software created in a vacuum. Not a generic CRM with a peptide label added to it. And not a box of templates that leaves the practice to figure out the rest.
They began with one question: What would we want if we were building this inside our own practice?
The answer became much bigger than a piece of software. It became the technology, workflows, patient journey, clinical support tools, automation, education, training, subscription systems, analytics, and implementation support needed to bring all the moving pieces together.
Built for More Than Where We Started
Eletero began inside a chiropractic practice, but peptide therapy is not staying inside any one specialty. We are already in active conversations with OB/GYN practices exploring peptide programs, and we built Eletero to support the operational and technology needs of a peptide program regardless of specialty. What matters is not what kind of practice you run. It is whether peptide therapy fits your scope of practice and your patients.
Meet the Founders
Clinical innovation meets systems architecture — built from inside a real practice.

Dr. Thomas Szalay, DC
Co-Founder, Clinical and Practice Innovation
For nearly three decades, Dr. Thomas Szalay has helped patients restore movement, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life through personalized, patient focused care. After completing his undergraduate studies at Youngstown State University, Tom earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from National College of Chiropractic in 1997. He went on to found Szalay Chiropractic, where his comprehensive approach now includes chiropractic care, digital X-ray evaluation, massage therapy, spinal decompression therapy, and peptide counseling. It was Tom's own experience bringing peptides into his practice that sparked the idea for Eletero.
Today, Tom brings nearly 30 years of clinical care and practice ownership experience to Eletero, helping ensure the system is not built around what sounds good in theory. It is built around what actually needs to happen inside a practice.

Tami Jaffe, MBA
Co-Founder, Business Strategy, Systems and Technology
Tami Jaffe has spent her career figuring out how to make complicated businesses work better. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Tami held senior leadership positions with major financial organizations, including Vice President and Director roles at Nuveen and TIAA. She holds an MBA, is a former CPA, is Six Sigma certified, and holds an AI Consulting Certification. Since leaving corporate leadership in 2017, Tami has helped entrepreneurs and business owners build stronger offers, sales systems, processes, technology, and growth strategies, and she knows healthcare practice operations from the inside through her own family's chiropractic practice.
Tami leads the business strategy, systems, technology, AI, automation, patient journey, and implementation side of Eletero, turning the needs of a real healthcare practice into processes that can work at scale.
Built From Inside the Practice
Eletero did not begin with a list of software features. It began with the patient, then the provider, then the team. At every step, we asked:
- What needs to happen here?
- Who needs to know about it?
- What does the patient need next?
- What can technology handle automatically?
- What requires a human?
- How do we make the entire experience easier to manage?
Those questions continue to guide how Eletero is built because the goal is not to give practices more technology. The goal is to give them a better way to operate their peptide program.
Our Vision
Peptide therapy is where we are starting. But the bigger idea behind Eletero is simple: when healthcare practices discover better ways to serve their patients, the systems behind those services should not stand in the way. We are building Eletero to make innovative care easier to implement, easier to manage, and easier to grow. Today, that mission is focused on helping practices build better peptide programs, across specialties, not only where we began, and we are just getting started.
